Horrible management
November 17, 2017The units are definitely nice, that is what the star is for. But, nothing ever gets fixed. Closet doors always get stuck and doesn’t glide. The owner doesn’t fix anything properly. The bathtub was painted over instead of being reglazed. The building and units have plenty of holes in which pest such as rats come in from. Myself and a few other tenants have voiced our concerns but the owner does not do anything. The sinks in both the kitchen and bathroom often get clogged up as the pipes are ...extremely old and worn out. The carpet has never been renewed — in the 10 or so years we have liver here. COZY TALMADGE
August 27, 2015This building may look old on the outside but the units are sure not to disappoint. This building might have the largest units available on this street. The area is a perfect spot to live in as well. It is WALKING distance to Kaiser and Children's hospital as well as many restaurants, bars, and Los Angeles Community College. The metro station is only a 10 minute walk. The neighborhood is very friendly. Every one you pass by is guaranteed to greet you! It is HOME!Review from Apartments.com
Talmadge Apartment
August 14, 2015The unit is spacey, however, there are a few things that does not ever get fixed. Our bathroom sink always clogs and have been told it has old pipes. Almost all of the closet doors/bathroom shower door do not glide freely.Review from Apartments.com
