it's like a 3 minute walk to the grocery store which is SO convenient. There's also a Walgreens and some fun cafes within walking distance. -THE MANAGEMENT (Stern Property Management)So you can pay rent online, you can request for help with anything (broken sink, bugs, garbage disposal, etc). and they fix it. Sometimes it takes some time for it to get done which can be frustrating but over all the management is efficient -Dog friendly building -Pretty nice neighborhood -Laundry in building (it cost $3 per load, coin operated only 2 machines but I rarely run into issues with other people doing laundry when I need to) -2 bathrooms in our unit (1 full, 1 half) -The other tenants are pretty quiet and respectful, but the walls are thin CONS: -No A/C ... very painful in the summer. And not a lot of circulation for fan windows -No dishwasher -We had bed bugs earlier this year (even though we are SUPER tidy), the exterminator they hired made it a lengthy frustrating process -Thin walls -Barking dogs in neighbor's yard and in the apartment next door (he even bit me once) -The apartments are old and not exactly pretty to look at, typical white walls, old scratched floors. -No built in microwave
