Poorly managed and apartment is falling apart. Things get painted over but there are many stains from water. The appliances are outdated and require frequent fixing. The washer and dryer doesn’t always function properly, costs $1.75 to wash and $1.00 to dry- you’ll often need to dry a load twice in order for it to fully dry. Previous tenant punched a hole in the wall and drug needles were found in the dryer. The second floor doesn’t have carpet either so you’ll hear the tenants upstairs really ...
well when they walk so it’s hard to sleep unless you blast a loud sound machine. The carpet in the hallway is all stained. There are other buildings in the area well maintained and also more professionally managed to ensure your comfort/safety.

Landlord unprofessional and rude. Building Old and Outdated.

This building is old, not well kept, and the management is truly terrible. The landlord, Roy is too cheap to fix anything in the property and tries to fix things himself. He attempted to overcharge us for our security deposit with a handwritten itemized receipt. When we asked for proof his reponse was "if you don't like it go to court." He is the most unprofessional individual I've ever had the displeasure of working with. Don't move in here. The building is disgusting and the landlord's behavior ...
