The have the apartment next to the manager that is illegally modified to only be one bedroom and the 2nd bedroom is sealed off and added onto the managers apartment making it a 3 bedroom.The landlord son lives at the end and has a dog and a dog yard fenced in but nobody else is allowed to own a dog or cat.Then to top it off they have never looked at the tenant landlord laws of California so they have no clue about doing a proper eviction and they think they can just change the locks whenever they ...

want without a court ordered approval.
