Not bad if you pull your weight

Units are 15x12 approx with shared bath for women on 3rd floor and shared bath for men on 2nd floor. The rent is a little steep but it includes all utilities. Washer/dryer coin operated. Maintenance 2x week for cleaning. 3 floor wallup. Noisy neighbor though! Bad tenants have left, there is a pretty even balance of male/female tenancy. Best scenerio is 1 to 2 adults per unit, or 1 adult and 1 child per unit, for safety and comfort.

My Apartment

My apartment is a 10 x 10 room. No bathroom or kitchen. The womens bathroom is on the third floor. Two couples are constantly fighting and yelling down the hall. We have a security gate although homeless and crazy people seem to get in somehow. I looked into this apartment because it is all I could afford right recently divorced and leaving a very abusive marriage. The landlord seems to be trying to con people into more money i.e. wanted to charge me extra 100 dollars for my small air ...
conditioner. I pay nine hundred now, for which the rent started out at seven fifty and went up because of the ac and parking.
