Not bad if you pull your weight
February 22, 2018Units are 15x12 approx with shared bath for women on 3rd floor and shared bath for men on 2nd floor. The rent is a little steep but it includes all utilities. Washer/dryer coin operated. Maintenance 2x week for cleaning. 3 floor wallup. Noisy neighbor though! Bad tenants have left, there is a pretty even balance of male/female tenancy. Best scenerio is 1 to 2 adults per unit, or 1 adult and 1 child per unit, for safety and comfort.Review from Apartments.com
My Apartment
October 12, 2015My apartment is a 10 x 10 room. No bathroom or kitchen. The womens bathroom is on the third floor. Two couples are constantly fighting and yelling down the hall. We have a security gate although homeless and crazy people seem to get in somehow. I looked into this apartment because it is all I could afford right recently divorced and leaving a very abusive marriage. The landlord seems to be trying to con people into more money i.e. wanted to charge me extra 100 dollars for my small air ...conditioner. I pay nine hundred now, for which the rent started out at seven fifty and went up because of the ac and parking.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
