Lousy manager
May 18, 2021Needed to break my lease and gave Dino plenty of notice He was able to rent it immediately When I moved in there were many problems that needed fixing. Some were fixed, many were not. I thought I might get my security deposit back since I left the place in better shape than when I moved in. But no, instead I was sent a list of things that needed fixing (all were preexisting) and told I would not get the deposit back. While I understand that he has the right to keep it...the letter he sent ...justifying himself was mostly lies! Just say...no deposit for breaking the lease and let it go at that. It was insulting how things were handled and I will tell everyone I know how bad it is. Signed a very unhappy past tenant.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
