Location, location, location
July 23, 2015A quaint three story apartment building with six 2 bedroom, 1 bath units located smack-dab in the middle of anywhere you want to be in the city. A couple second walk will find you on the notorious Polk St. with all the night life, bars, food, and boutique shops to keep one exploring for months. Short walks in any direction will have you in North beach, the Marina, Downtown, Pacific Heights, and short drives will bring you quickly to the Mission, the Height, Golden Gate Park, the Presidio, the ...Richmond and the Sunset. The building was built approximately in the 1910's after the aftermath of the 1906 destructive quake. Though I'm sure modern at the time, it has been renovated a number of times since but the original uniquely designed crown molding and wood floors keep an original and authentic feel about the place. The owners have recently seismically retrofit the foundation and support to the building, so though dated, is as safe as any in the city. This building will treat anyone well who wants some days-of-old flare and to immerse themselves into all San Francisco has to offer.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
