This is "MY home!" Love it here! Nobody above, below or on 3 sides of apartment...has character (building was built in mid-1950s), safe and quiet neighborhood, downtown (can walk to many places), have my own yard, fireplace, hardwood floors and garage...plus laundry facilities...for me, it's a dream come true...also home for my indoor cats, Harry and Tonto...get to feed Scrub Jays (who have been coming here for generations), Mourning Doves, other assorted small birds and squirrels. Best place for ...

me to "retire" from working. Owners and Property Management are great. Since I'm on a 'fixed income", hope the rent doesn't go up and take away my dream.
