sink has clogged and so has the bath due to the next door neighbors not being careful. The water cooler has gone out multiple times due to management not being on top of the maintenance. Have lived there for a year and have NEVER seen management go to the property, filthy ceilings that have mold. Also if you’re looking for somewhere to park good luck, the alley doesn’t allow any parking and there’s constantly vehicles parked in front of the garages. Also good luck parking on the street for you can become a victim of your vehicle being totaled just like I did! AVOID at all cost, yes the price is low, but don’t low ball yourself and spend the extra money for better management, and a better experience!
