I already live in this neighborhood and I sometimes come by this street which seemed very quiet. So when I saw that there was an unit in the building that was available for rent, I immediately jumped on it. I took a quick tour of the apartment a couple of days after contacting the landlord, being that he was very busy. It was a surprisingly huge & nice unit on the 3rd floor. Space was what my family and I were looking for (My husband, our 2 girls, our 7 lbs puppy and myself). It was okay the 1st ...
couple of months after living here, but now we are definitely going to be leaving after this 1 year lease is up (Oct. 2015). The landlord takes a LONG time removing snow, the doorbells don't work, most of the apartments had a backed up pluming system, the land scape in the front needs serious care , all the windows don't have screens and some of the tenants have teenagers in the building that constantly hang out and make a mess in the hallways & in the front of the building. Talk about respect for paying tenants.
