DO NOT MOVE HERE!
April 12, 2023Building is FILTHY please do not move here with children over 20 apartments with kitchen/bathroom leaks/mold/caving in walls. Multiple apartments with foundation cracked. Fire escapes not secure. Mice and roach infestation. Management will ignore all attempts for repairs. Please do not move here.Review from Apartments.com
HORRIBLE
February 22, 2022I don’t know if anyone is being paid to make those reviews but this building is horrible . The rent is super high . It’s never anyone to properly fix anything in the apartment . It’s crack heads up and down all out the building . They never wanna fix nothing but run you down for rent . DONT MOVE HERE !Review from Apartments.com
Beautiful property but getting things repaired in your apartment is like pulling teeth out.
February 13, 2022The area is awesome with plenty of things to do. Not far from the YMCA where you can swim and workout. People are pretty friendly and many local shops. I really love it here.Review from Apartments.com
Tenant living at 180 Beach 117th St. for many years
November 4, 2019Come look at the freshly waxed floors in the entire building which makes it look like an upscale office building. If I ever have a maintenance issue management fixes or replaces immediately! Beautiful view of the beach, healthy air so close to the open ocean & bay on both sides of this building. Peaceful quiet block with little traffic being that it is located on a beach end street. I just love living in this neighborhood and in my comfy home!Review from Apartments.com
Beautiful building
June 28, 2018I love living in this clean, freshly painted & well taken care of building. There is a full time, dedicated super living in the building & keeping it nice, fresh & clean. I have really nice neighbors. We have a convenient elevator in this 6 story building & I can even park my car in an inside garage. I live here 4 years & I really love this homey place.Review from Apartments.com
This place is a DUMP and the landlord doesn't care.
September 9, 2016This building is DISGUSTING. The landlord could care less and puts anybody in it. Check the whole building out before deciding to move here. Just look at how the outside looks as you walk in, that should tell you all you need to know. It's a shame because it's in a nice neighborhood and this building and its owners really bring the it down.Review from Apartments.com
love it
September 23, 2015I love my new apartment and so do my kids we feel at peace here and so relaxed. The neighborhood is great and the people are friendly. My rooms are specious and bright in a beautifully kept 6 floor building.Review from Apartments.com
Tenant
August 2, 2015This building is conveniently located to shopping, grocery stores, the subway, schools, bus lines (like many NY'ers, I do not own a car) and the biggest is that it is 1/2 block off the beach. The beach is the crowning jewel in living here. We can enjoy the beach all year round - especially in the fall and winter, seeing snow on the beach - and unbelievable sight. As for as rental prices go in New York City, it is reasonably pricedReview from Apartments.com
