Spacious living room lil decent sized room for kid adult for 1 , spacious outside locked gates secure I've lived here for 12 years gets mold randomly the pipes and construction on this place was not done by professionals so the pipes are sideways it's good to live here of it's just 1 to 2 people max , for Gardner's you can have a mini garden area infront of it you can apply an ac to your preference it gets hot in the room when sunny living room is pretty cool with tree shades noisy sometimes at ...
night due to truckers I'd rate it a ok 2 for ok & 3 for good out of 5 that's my best rating there's alot of damages to what meets the eye . If you rent here make sure your successful so you have a back up plan just incase. Walkable are rated 5/5 stars buses are right down the block if needed fast food restaurants near by and big savers within a mile from here. Often there are shooting cause of wsl being on the next block so be careful schools near by and parks as well . Owners cool when it comes to no credit checks background checks or 2/3 x the rent no application fee witch is great no hassle on finding a place as long as you got the money and pay on time and keep on his good side you'll be just fine .
