I'm told he was drunk. No gym, no car wash, the pool isn't too impressive, and parking is a pain as you're told you get a specific spot but they are not marked properly and no one cares anyway. So free-for-all first come first serve parking which can be a pain. Our unit did have a washer/dryer hook up but most units don't. There is a coin laundry room for those people. The positives are the location and the size. It's on the river which is cool. It is in walking distance from bars and restaurants. And our 2 bed 2 bath is 1200 sq ft.
