Our apartment is set at a great price. It's right next to Disneyland and the neighbors are great and friendly. We are given a one car garage for parking, but the garages open manually and it is quite the struggle to open and close it that is if people don't park in front of it. Also they are all connected so you have access to all of the garages. There is very limited street parking and if you park in the residential area it's a $72.00 ticket. It's a great place if you are on a very strict budget ...
and don't care about parking, having a swimming pool, fitness center, or other amenities that other complexes have (and the Disneyland fireworks EVERY NIGHT) then I strongly suggest looking into these apartments. :)
