Renters Reviews and Ratings
Much love for my humble abode!
August 11, 2015A super who is attentive and friendly. Building management that responds mostly pretty quickly (an extra nudge sometimes required). A very quiet street (I can sleep with my windows open) on a main thoroughfare in a great neighborhood! Two blocks from Central Park, 1 block to the 2/3 express trains and the B/C local one block in the other direction. The M2 stops across the street for access to the East Side and Museum Mile. Great restaurants and nightlife a block away on Frederick Douglass. ...Grocery stores, laundry, pharmacy all easily accessible. Plus, the apartment itself was recently renovated and is in beautiful condition. Brand new appliances including mounted microwave and full-size dishwasher. Only complaints are somewhat unreliable/temperamental hot water, which the building management has been working to fix, and noisy radiators in the winter, which I'm sure will be fixed as well. Otherwise, I love this place and plan to stay here as long as I can.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
