Great condos/apts, bad area.

The buildings/grounds are well kept, there's lots of parking, and the pool is great. The only problem is, the complex is in a bad area. I would not recommend to ANYONE walking around late at night in the area. I have seen people trying to break into the mailboxes as well. The security staff in the complex does a really good job but there's only so much they can do until you get out of the complex area. If you have a vehicle (ie don't walk/bike), you will be fine though.
