September 5, 2015Being an olimproving, there are a few problems, such as subpar plumbing and cockroaches in the wall, but there's honestly nothing that can't be fixed. They just bought the building, and have renovated all of the units and are working on the rest of the building, so it is improving. As I said, the units were all redone with new floors, cabinets, showers, etc. Which is really great. The rent is very reasonable, and you definitely get what you pay for. Perfect for anyone on a budget.Review from Apartments.com
