November 18, 2020So noisy. Paper thin walls. Everything rattles and shakes when people walk, close doors. TV noise travels like crazy and apartments are NARROW, so it’s like living in a boom box.Review from Apartments.com
New management, NYU dorm parties
September 12, 2020I moved in it’s before quarantine and it was nice, quiet young professional building. New management came in and it sucks. They are very unreceptive and it’s become NYU dorm party central and sucks. Everyone that’s lived here for years is moving out and parties every night.
