Overall Great Experience
July 11, 2024I’ve lived in two different different units in 1907 Colfax and have enjoyed both of them. Maintenance is quick to respond and the manager is easy to talk to. Pretty clean building and friendly neighbors. It’s also in a nice location where I can walk to parks or good restaurants. Rent is comparable to other nearby buildings too. I liked that I could pay for laundry using an app.Review from Apartments.com
Flooding and Loud neighbors
January 8, 2024My apartment has flooded over 4 times while living here. First 2 months ago. Still waiting for it to be fixed while i get more water damage. Had to throw away rugs and some furniture. Theres holes in my celling that leak dirty water from the upstairs neighbor. My home feels unsafe and gross from the damage. Waiting for maintenance to fix the leaks and the water damage. Very upset about how slowly this is getting fixed as well as how the company has handled this so far.Review from Apartments.com
so loud and maintenance never does anything.
December 3, 2023Lived here a year, the liquor store parking lot right next door is always full of screaming people and loud cars blasting music. Upstairs neighbors would scream and fight until 3am. Every maintenance request someone would stop by but if i wasn’t home nothing would get fixed. My kitchen floor flooded overnight 4 times and they claimed there was no leak. The property manager is really nice however and very understanding. Apartments and building need major renovations and repairs.Review from Apartments.com
Loud neighbors, Good area
December 10, 2019The walls are so thin you can hear full conversations in other apartments. The front doors have no sound proofing so if someone opens a door, jingles their keys, walks, coughs, speaks, breathes...you will hear to it. There are a couple people in the building that play their music LOUD past 3AM so often that I’ve invested in quality earplugs or I would never wake up for work in the morning. If they would just sound proof the front doors and set/enforce a noise curfew, that would make a HUGE ...difference but I’m not sure the owner actually cares enough to do that. Pros: Near transit and you can walk to a lot of places and parking is priced reasonably compared to other places in the area. The team is actually pretty responsive when you have requests or need maintenance. Also, the online payment system is super easy to use and you can access all your info (including your lease and maintenance) in one area, cat friendly, mostly nice neighbors (except for the 2-3 loud ones).Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
