and a bathroom, both of which are decently large. The second floor contains a kitchen with all the necessary amenities, however they are quite outdated (early 1990s). Also on the second floor is a half bathroom, a small 4 person dining area, and a sizeable living room. On the third and top floor, three bedrooms of middle size and a full bathroom with tub and washing machine and dryer (similar age as the kitchen appliances) are located. Every room except the bathrooms is carpeted with a shag carpet that could be replaced soon, but still does the trick. All in all, with a little more thorough cleaning I would give the place three stars due to the low price and location within walking distance of UNL City Campus.
