Roaches
September 9, 2025I’m a very clean person, and the roaches are just diabolical here. I’ve terminated my lease early because they are everywhere, and I’m supposed to be out the first week of October. I’ve probably seen a roach on every single surface in my apartment and this past weekend I killed 10 in one hour (not exaggerating) even after they sprayed my apartment 3 weeks in a row this month. They come crawling out of the wall behind my mounted tv, are in my kitchen sink every morning, bedroom, bathroom, you name ...it, there’s a roach. The last straw was my bed, and now I refuse to even sleep here and have begun moving some of my things into my parents house. I brought only a small portion of my things and a roach came with me to my parent’s house. I’m terrified to move the rest of my belongings and starting an infestation there.Property Manager Responded

August 29, 2025We had some issues fixed recently so I intended to come and give a 5 star review even though there are some common area things that need attention like, there are NO PET STATIONS but they advertise to be a pet welcoming community even having a per spa for all the fur babies. The A/Cs in the hallways work when they want to. When we moved in at the end of June we had day after day of 90 degree Temps and the A/C in the halls weren't working. Then they fixed the A/C, but now they aren't working ...again. Apparently they don't have the proper insulation in the hallways? But today... TODAY WAS THE LAST STRAW! I have been working long hours and have only used the pool once maybe twice. Well this weekend I have a 3 day weekend and there's a sign stating the pool is closed this weekend! On Labor day weekend? This is absolutely unacceptable. Due to staffing issues I don't think they open on Saturdays anymore which isn't convenient for my working hours. Why have amenities if you can't use them?!?!?Property Manager Responded

August 16, 2025The more people have moved in here, the dirtier it seems to get both inside and outside of the property. I've seen more bugs, trash, and debris along the sidewalks, in the lobby, in the elevators, and on my floor's lobby. Other tenants do not follow rules and it seems like there's no one to enforce them since it consistently happens (leaving carts everywhere, putting huge trash items in the trash rooms, dog poop on the sidewalk, etc.) All of these are problems I could easily deal with if rent ...wasn't as pricey as it is, but for the price I pay, it's not worth the mess and disrespect of other tenants of the shared spaces. Pool isn't always open during the posted hours it's supposed to be, which can be frustrating. Elevators are slow, and one of them breaks often.Property Manager Responded
