October 7, 2015Old building, renovated. Structure ok, and electric and heat work, did not have any problems. It is in a low income area, I am not familiar with only familiar with suburbs till now. The neighbors you see during the day seem to be polite to each other. Walking home at night have done once in awhile, I didn't have any problems, well lite. There is not much shopping in this area of town. No grocery stores, 1 restaurant, 1 coffee shop only open till 2 in the afternoon. No little shops or ...dinning. Not much to say not pleasant
July 25, 2015the neighborhood is in the city. Rather an improvised area. There is a sense of be cautious but also a sense that others are looking out for you. Be alert, be careful, work hard to move forward and on my suggestion.Review from Apartments.com
