have as much as 8-10 people in their apts, slamming things, exttemely loud music, the music would start as early as 7AM, slamming doors at all times, it's horrible, if you like peace. My neighbors at Apt. #11 whom are still living there, leave their bike on the hallway (A fire hazzard, by the way), making it impossible to maneuver around, usually it's apt. #10 that suffers the consequences FYI people! I made the management company aware of this, but they ignored me for months & months. My $50 shopping cart was stolen from me!! When I brought these issues up to the mgmt company they ignored me, I had to call the city inspection department to investigate. The mgmt company went as far as making personal attacks against me, retaliation tactics, intimidation tactics because I expressed my concerns and defended myself. They went as far as sending a reltor to text me, not call me, and say that they had keys and they were coming over to show my apartment for future renting, while my lease was still active, as a way to get me out. They created a lease with my name and the name of my family member, without my consent, which means they illegally looked up my personal information, took my family members name and tried to use it against me, for their advantage. They did this because I wanted to renew my lease; but also they didnt like that I was taking action against them for their actions towards me, they made it impossible for me to renew my lease!! BEWARE PEOPLE!!
