this building is in decrepit condition. it's incredibly nasty and scary. i have been dealing with nonstop roaches here since the day i moved in a year ago. in every single room in my apartment nearly every single day. there are horrid, deathly smells that drift through the building. the hallways are constantly littered with dog pee and trash. there is no laundry on site but they will tell you there is. there is black mold in my bedroom. this building's hvac operates on HEAT ONLY from the months ...
of november-may, and on AC ONLY from may-november. this has been incredibly difficult. my unit was filthy on the day i moved in. my fridge is missing parts, my bathroom sink is missing a faucet. the people here are scary. the cops come frequently. people screaming and being disrespectful neighbors every day. there is not really a single thing i have liked about living here. it has been torment making it through this 12 month lease. i am so glad it is almost over-it is like i can see the light at the end of the tunnel. i am hoping that this review can stop someone before they make the fatal mistake of signing a lease at this disgusting building.

The previous management was on top of things, but the group that took over is rude, hateful and they just lie or ignore your issues. Apartments got condemned and they still moved people into them. No laundry unit, you’re expected to walk over to another complex to use their one unit. My roof fell in and they said they tried to fix it. They did not. They gave me the run around for months until it was unlivable. Worst case seen by inspection in years.
