January 19, 2020Property is horrible, stairs are unstable when you walk up and down them carpet coming up on stairs. Laundry room is horrible dryers ruin your clothes. If you have a car you will have a hard time parking in front and when you do you have a good chance of your car getting hit by someone in your complex. Ac leaks theres water damage. Owner takes forever to fix things. Apartments always smell like smoke even though its supposed to be a smoke free complex. Front doors are hard to shut and if you dont ...hold it shut to lock it it doesnt latch right. Smoke detectors are way out of date same with the water heaters. Owner likes to pick and choose who he likes and doesnt like. He always makes up assumptions even if you don't cause problems like everyone else in the complexRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
