East Village Gem
August 18, 2015The apartment itself is small, and the building isn't super well-maintained. But our unit is renovated, gets tons of light all day, and has a great layout so it feels much bigger than it is. And the location and price make it all worth it. 5 min walk to Union Square, right off 3rd Avenue, extremely convenient.Review from Apartments.com
Right in the middle of East Village
August 11, 2015This apartment is surrounded by parks, shops, bars, movie theaters, NYU, outdoor markets, and the list goes on...... with three subway stations to choose from to get you anywhere in the city. It is a walk- up on a street between the avenues, and on the second floor of the building in the back, which means; only one flight walkup and complete tranquility from the bustling sounds of New York. Inside it is 475 square feet jr. one bedroom with 10 foot ceilings where the kitchen and living room are ...open concept and the bedroom is hidden in the back away from the living spaces. The living room has a massive couch that hides itself back in a cut out of the living room right next to the only closet in the apartment. The dining table is right next to the exposed brick wall on the opposite side of the couch with a 60 inch television to finish the living room. The kitchen has cabinets on both sides, creating double the amount of storage. There is a water closet with a toilet, as well as a separate shower in the kitchen. On top of the water closet, shower and actual closet are storage units. Yes, that means 3 storage units! This apartment is perfect for anyone who wants to be in the middle of it all, but doesn't want the noise that comes with it.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
