February 25, 2023Worst building I have ever lived in, neighbors are terrible I mean very obnoxiously loud during the day and night. Dogs are poorly trained . They are loud during the day and night and poop every where and no one picks it up it’s disgusting ( I work at home).gun shots and be heard almost every other week. Drug dealers around the area. Almost every day a group of cops are on this one street. Even if your struggling stay clear the management is the worst as wellReview from Apartments.com

February 7, 2021This neighborhood is not safe. This building is old and the manager is horrible. I could not have packages delivered here because they would just steal them. Forget it. We are out of here.Review from Apartments.com

August 29, 2020I have lived here for many years. The manager use to be a sweet lady who carefully vetted new tenants and kept the place clean. New management has stepped in and the place is now filthy and dangerous. People screaming and doing drugs. The place is awful and so is the new manager. The building deserves a better more professional manager. You may want to steer clear of this building.Review from Apartments.com
