T & Q Properties
August 10, 2015Dissatisfied with the landlord's upkeep. There is an infestation of roaches and the landlord only spays every 3 months (sometimes less). We've had 4 water leaks in 2 1/2 years, and the landlord just shows up without due notice. This has gotten in the way of our personal lives. Also when they remodeled the floors, the landlord sent us to the cheapest motel in town ($25 per night to give you an idea of cheap). We couldn't even take our pets, so we had to spend our own money for a local pet motel ...(Kennyl Inn). We are in the middle of finding a better place now and upscaling to a house for rent since we (my fiancé and I) have better jobs now.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
