I have been in US for 6 years and lived at least five apartment. No apartment gives me the horrible experience as this one. My one year nightmare starts since I live here. The family lives above me is very noisy. Even after 11am, they walk loudly. Their kid runs here and there everyday. This is the worst nightmare I have been. I complained to apartment manager and she thinks it is ok. I complain to the family lives above me, and they told me they are doing nothing and could do nothing for ...

Really bad experience

The ceiling is thin and old. Whatever the family upstair does, I could hear clearly. I heard their kids running back and forth every evening when I was doing my work. I heard they quarrelled loudly in the night, which makes people unable to sleep. I heard they went to bathroom and take shower. And more... Moreover, the room is very old and it doesn't have any three-prong receptacles in the bedroom or living room, which means you can't use TV or computer monitor chargers in bedroom or living ...
