This building needs inside and outside help. Rent is high for no reason. If you need things fixed you will be waiting forever. Roaches, very dirty building.

Apartments.com has great listings when I was in a tough place with no resources or anywhere to go I found this website to be a life saver. I'm a single parent without a veichal 241 S. Arlington Ave is a great location for people without a veichal it's off the main strip literally a block away from multiple different bus routes, pharmacies, majority of fast food restaurants, the train station, 24 hour laundromat, car rental, supermarkets and more accessible places you can walk to in less than 10 ...
mins. As for the apartment is very spacious and very affordable rent. The tentants are friendly. I've been here for a little over a year and it's been good especially being that it's located in a very accessible area!!!
