Great bang for the buck but far from flawless
July 13, 2023Big apartment for good price. Hallways are always dirty because some neighbors choose to live like that. Hallways also need major upgrading. It's like living in the projects. Safety is an issue in this building when management stated background checks were conducted for all residents. Since living here for 1 year 2 incidents have occurred that make it questionable. Renewing my lease because rent is too high elsewhere and once again apartment is huge. Water bugs on lower levels.Review from Apartments.com
This place is Horrible
April 17, 2022It’s infested with bugs and rats , we pay so much money just so we can get cold water. Along with this it isnt safe many outside people can sneak in and live here for free. Lastly neighbors are extremely loud.Review from Apartments.com
