Quiet and Chill Apartment Complex

We've been in these apartments for almost a year, and I feel they're great clean, and quiet. They're probably the best apartments for the area - it's right next to San Gorgonio High School, but even with the student traffic, it's still a pretty quiet area. We've had some issues with water faucets and other things and the landlord has been very helpful and attends to them in a reasonable time. There is a pool that works now (it was closed for the past few months for repairs...what can you do? ...
¯\_(?)_/¯). There is a new on-site manager who is fixing things almost every day. There's an orange tree and flowers all over the place which are kept up regularly with gardeners every week cutting the grass, trees, and making the area look nice. The laundry room on-site is sooo convenient, though I wish there were more than just 3 washers and 3 dryers. We haven't had any issues with break-ins or thefts because we don't park on the street. But we also haven't heard if anything like that happening since we've been in the apartments. Recently they re-sealed the second floor walkway and re-painted it. The building was built in 1964 - of course things are bound to break or need repairs, but that's to be expected. For a building to be that old, it's a nice apartment complex...probably nicer than most in the area.
