The couple that were living here before my mother and I were living there for 20 years straight, I take it as they loved living here. Please give us a chance. My mother works overnight shifts full time and has high blood pressure, and doesn't make enough to pay rent. I'm an artist dance hip hop choregrapher but my job doesn't pay enough to get me through. This isn't so much for me, more for my mother. She's been working so hard for more than 20 years, and it's now beggining to affect her health. If she can get rent payed for her for life, she would finally have a chance to live her life and relax and enjoy herself and help out other family back at home in East Africa. This would help us so much in our family. Our rent is $1500/mo. And we struggle every month paying for it.
