Great 3rd floor attic walk up
July 28, 2015We love the buildings character here. As an old Victorian it feels so much more like a home than a modern apartment building. The landlord is very nice and fixes things quickly and there is a ton of space for the price in our unit. We are right off Main Street and it is a straight shot to the highways from here as well. It is about 10 minutes to drive to the Kent campus or to west branch state park the other direction. The only cons are no onsite laundry for our unit, others in the building ...do in their units. However, the lack of laundry is caused by the slanted ceilings, which we find adds to the character but may be a con for some. All in all we are quite pleased we found this apartment while it was available.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
