Small dishwasher, alley kitchen, washer and dryer, sink disposal. When we moved in it was great. Clean. Refinished. Landlord takes care of appliances if they break. Had a period a loooong period with no building gas this winter.. About 5.5mo. Electric bills were INSANE. And my kitchen is still not repaired after the "work" that was done. Other residents are polite and quiet. Building maintnence is touch and go. Front stairs falling down... But if you dont judge a book by its cover the individual ...
units are nice and our "handyman" is a sweetie... If you can deal with his idea of "im coming up now" lol
