Nice apartment, bad neighbors
July 21, 2015This apartment is very nice. It's in West Rogers Park and is pretty quite because it's more residential. The landlord is a nice guy, who sometimes takes a while to get back to you on issues or requests. The apartment is very nice, in unit washer and dryer, hardwood floors. But, our upstairs neighbors are terrible. We are in a garden level apartment and have ceiling vents. We can hear their phone vibrate. It's ridiculous. They are also loud and fight all the time.
