Great Place to Live
May 25, 2020Great place to live. The price is very reasonable. The apartments are very cute and have a lot of character. A downside is there are not many amentilites like a gym or a pool. However, walk about 5 minutes and there is a gym and pool at the University of Cincinnati's recreation center. Also, parking can sometimes be a problem if you don't have a parking spot behind the building. (Only 7 spots) Conveniently, the bus stop is a short walk away. Everything you could ever want is within a short reach ...of the building and the location is perfect. The area (when writing this review) is very dangerous and you need to be very careful, however; The price and location outway the negatives especially because the landlord is very nice and caring. Highly recommend!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Unsatisfied Customer
November 11, 2015If you are thinking about living here, don't. Do yourself a huge favor and don't live here. The rent is way too high for the quality of the apartments. Should be priced around $400/month. It smells like it is rotting, along with the smell of smoke. They believe that painting over the apartment multiple times makes it new again. Well it doesn't, for example, the sink basin is even painted over. I can hardly close my bathroom and closet doors all they way because of all the paint. The nice hardwood ...floors you see online and way nicer than in real life. I bought rugs just to cover up the floors. But don't worry you'll have the landlords saying they're the best things in the apartment. Speaking of the landlords (or slum lords) they are very rude. Not in the beginning, though. In the beginning, they will be nice just so they can get your money. Keep your money safe and don't stay here. It may be close to UC but that is also a downside. It is always noisy outside, especially if the windows are open. Advice? Don't live here. This website is full of other options you can choose, I would choose just about anything over this place.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Small, and Cozy with Character
October 11, 2015This is a perfect first apartment for a college student. The space itself is a bit small, but defintiely manageable for someone living alone. The layout is definitley old and the appliances and equipment is outdated but are functional. No central air, so expect to install an air conditioner. Two washers and two dyers in basement. Parking can be a bit of a issue due to the amount of traffic on the street. There is a small parking lot behind the building but it can only hold about 7 cars, so you ...will most likely be on a waiting list. Maintenence is great and Nazca Properties is a family owned business who are caring and pleasant. The building is right on the edge of the University of Cincinnati's campus. As soon as you cross the street you are standing next to dorms. There are also many local attractions nearby including restaurants, concert halls, tattoo parlors, and hookah spots. This location provides quick access to all areas on campus as it is just a short walk away.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
