For the amount of rent I am paying you can't beat this deal. Everything but electricity is included in the $600.00 per month I am paying.. The bedrooms are both carpeted and the rest of the apt is hard wood floors. It also came with appliances. I get a terrific view of the nightly fireworks from the baseball stadium and the apt. itself has many windows making it well vented.

I am fairly comfortable here. It is a pain sometimes because I can hear my neighbors opening and closing doors and showering is sometimes difficult because there are 5 other units in this bldg. all using the same water source. Other than that I do not mind living here. I would prefer to live in Virginia or even North carolina but New York will have to do for now as I do not have the cash to re-locate.
