I did have a terrible roach infestation when I first moved in and it took about a month to handle properly. My husband and I didn’t have many options when we chose this place, so we only have a one bedroom. We have our son the bedroom and put a queen sized pull out couch in the living room. It gives us ample space to make the room look homey enough during the day and sleep at night without having to be on the floor or resort to an air mattress/have a big bed in the living area. The kitchen is fairly small and takes up about 30 sq ft of the living/dining area, but only has one 120v outlet. Overall, the apartment suffices for us as a family for now, but would be a perfect first for a single adult/college student or a young couple with no children.
