Poorly Managed and Maintained property
April 15, 2021This building is incredibly run down and dirty. From the broken front door to the dirty unstable stairwell. You can expect mice, cockroaches, sewage leaks, stole packages and rent stabilized neighbors who blast music and heavy cigarette smoke. Unprofessional Super and Property Manager. Decent Apartment, Badly Managed Building
August 26, 2015My current apartment has been great for the last 2 years. However this past year, my girlfriend and I were left without gas for 6 months, were not offered any sort of reimbursement and were required to pay the full amount of the recently raised rent. Outside of the management of the building, the actual apartment gets the job done. With high ceilings, a spacious bathroom (for a studio in New York City ) and decent storage space- it offers just enough room for one or two very close people. The ...location is great, being close to good restaurants, a new Whole Foods, and the 4,5,6 trains. Central Park and The Met are also within walking distance.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
