I am a single mother of two great beautiful sons who I have worked for all my life as a single mother. I Have had hard times like a lot of people in California. I went searching for apartments that would influence my sons in a positive way and where I could continue helping my sons have a great future as young men. Teri, the owner of my apts took a change on me with her four units she owns because I had to be on housing. It was disturbing to find the situations I found with tenants and owners so ...
negative in environmental setting, very sad. Teri never took housing clients and I told her about the situations I ran across in looking for apartments and she was willing to be a part of owners taking in tenants on the housing program even though the negative sterio type that is projected. So she let me move in and I been here 9 years. Not only do tenants have to meet owners or managers of properties it is more of a trust part on both sides. I am older women who loves her sons and they are first in my life and I appreciate a owner who understood what I was in and took a chance that I was a good tenant.
