Unable to provide adequate heat, scalding hot water temperatures
January 30, 2020The Bad Loud inconsiderate neighbors, noise goes through walls so you can't concentrate. Unkempt, flea ridden single pane glass windows, radiators that don't work inadequate heat in the winter and inadequate cooling in the summer. Blinds were dirty, neighbors in apartments below and above are loud and inconsiderate all times of the evening. The windows are so poorly insulated that the walls had dew and I'm sure moldy. Don't trust the pipes to drink water from. This place needs a full ...makeover. Do yourself a favor and spend a couple hundred more if you can and get into a place where someone cares.
