The landlord, John, is always attentive to any issues that arise (which have thankfully been few in the three years my wife and I have lived here). There are three other apartments in the same building, one that shares a wall and two on the first floor. Neighbors have been quiet and friendly, and are kind enough to help maintain the sidewalks and other public areas around the building.
