Poorly maintained, absent landlord, keeps deposits!
August 3, 2020Served my about 1.5 years there, always paid rent on time, on rare occasion did I ask for repairs took care mostly by myself. I asked for pest control spray usually every 2-3 months never happened, bought and applied myself. Gave sufficient 30 day notice still paid last months rent, they took 30 days to return part of the deposit... Renter beware!Review from Apartments.com
