The sky is falling
July 22, 2015A roomy one bedroom apartment in the historic Sugar Hill neighborhood of Manhattan boasts convenience to shopping, parks, and public transportation. As you walk out of the front door to head to work, you're greeted by a view of Yankee Stadium. The ABCD trains are within walking distance to the apartment. Notice how I said "historic"? Yep. The building is old. After only a year of living here, I noticed cracks in the ceiling. With NYC being a relatively humid place, the cracks kept appearing. ...One morning they kept getting worse... plaster rained down and all of a sudden... CRASH! While it was fixed that day, the light fixture was not fixed for over a month. I love this neighborhood and it's convenient to work, but be careful... the sky may fall on you one day.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
