Good bang for your buck
September 28, 2015A pretty spacious 1 bedroom with relatively updated interior. The kitchen is pretty basic but functional and tons of cabinet space. And most importantly, good closets! Only downside which you find with many older buildings is the circuit trips if you have too many big power appliances pulling power at the same time. But easy to prevent now that I know the apt's "limit". If the circuit does trip the LL has a pretty seamless setup to flip your power back on. Could be cute vintage charmer
July 30, 2015This apartment could be incredibly cut but sadly it's too run down. We were supposed to get a new kitchen floor because the prior resident was there for a long time and it just looks permanently dirty. We never did. We were also supposed to get new windows because our are terrible and old and the rest of the building did, just not our section for some reason. The bathroom would be great if it had nice tile but they put down non-water resistant stick on square flooring and half of it has ...already come up. Still waiting on that to be fixed. On the plus side it has a BEAUTIFUL yard. Huge. Heat is included which is normally awesome until it breaks because it takes awhile for them to fix it. Again, if you don't care about that stuff and just want a cheap semi-cute place, this is good.
