They clean each unit's windows every year - twice. When my a/c was acting up, a tech showed up less than 30 minutes after texting the property manager. When the a/c unit above me was dripping on my unit, causing a tortuous sound, they fixed it - twice. When my a/c unit wasn't cooling my apartment fast enough, they replaced it - twice. They installed CO monitors in each of the units, even though everything runs on electricity and there's no need for CO monitors. When I first moved in and the building was basically unoccupied, they installed indoor bike storage, even though it was advertised but not technically available. So, if you're on the fence about 35 East (or really any other WRK property), what, really, are you waiting for?
