Nice Building - But...
March 3, 2020Nice building - old on the outside, but new on the inside. Provides tandem parking, which is hard to find in Long Beach. Cons... the building itself is still old. Walls and flooring are extremely thin and they don’t require tenants to update their flooring. You will hear absolutely everything that goes on above you and everything from the neighbors next door. Not worth living here if you hear every sound and have your apartment shake from just walking.Review from Apartments.com
