Residential Rehabbed & First Time Mom
July 30, 2015I signed my lease on July 20th and started moving in on July 23rd - 4 days from my pregnancy due date!! Sounds crazy, but the apartment was perfect, and apartments in Los Angeles don't stay on the market very long. I did some research on the neighborhood and leasing office. I was immediately impressed with the property management's response time and updated touches to the building. As a expectant mom, time was of the essence, and the property manager met me the next business day. The rehabbed ...building has a huge upgraded kitchen, energy (and money saving) ceiling fans, parking (a HUGE plus in LA), and on site laundry. As a new mom, I appreciate the building's proximity to local restaurants, freeway (those pediatrician appointments), a park, hiking trails, and a dog park for my first 4-legged (fur)baby. Since it was a recent rehab, I was the first and only tenant for a couple weeks. It's been exciting to be the first person in a new building! There were other apartments for rent in the area, but the beauty of this rehab stole the show!
