Living here on Del Monte Dr has been nothing short of a poor person's paradise. The street is lined with trees, creating a comforting feeling when coming down the street.
The apartment itself cannot be beat. Talk about getting bang for your buck. Two bedrooms with 1 1/2 baths, coming in at 900 square ft with a price that is unheard of. The property is well maintained and protected. All units include a garage and a combination of tile flooring and carpet.
